제 1조. 행사개최
2026 산티니충주그란폰도는 2026년 10월 3일에 열리게 되는 동호인 자전거 행사이다. 08:00 충북 충주시 충주종합운동장에서 출발하는 그란폰도 약 112km코스와 메디오폰도 약 84km 코스로 개최된다. 이 행사는 기록이 측정되며 해당 코스 일부분(진행방향) 일반 차량 및 교통통제가 이루어진다.

Article 1, Hosting of the event
2026 Santini Chungju Granfondo is an amateur cycling event scheduled to take place on Oct 3, 2026 (Saturday) in Chungju, South Korea. The event features a Granfondo course of approximately 112km and a Mediofondo course of about 84km, starting at 08:00 from the Chungju Sports Complex. Records will be measured during the event, and certain sections of the courses will experience general vehicle and traffic control.

제 2조. 훈련과 준비과정
대행사는 2026 산티니충주그란폰도 행사의 모든 참가자들에게 적극적인 훈련과 준비성으로 이 행사를 임하기를 강하게 권고한다. 참가자는 만약 행사전까지 또는 일정 기간 동안 운동을 하지 않았다면 행사를 위한 훈련을 시작하기 전 반드시 의사와 상담을 해야 함을 인지하고 이해한다.

Article 2, Training and Preparation Process
The organizers strongly recommend all participants of the 2026 Santini Chungju Granfondo to approach the event with active training and preparedness. Participants are advised to consult with a medical professional before commencing training, especially if they haven't been exercising before the event or during a specific period leading up to it.

제 3조. 위험성
1. 참가자는 모든 위험을 자신이 책임지고 2026 SANTINI 충주그란폰도에 참가하는 것을 이해하고 동의한다. 
2. 참가자는 아래 명시되어 있는 내용에 동의하고 2026 SANTINI 충주그란폰도에 참여한다.
- 대행사는 (a) 참가자가 행사에 참가함으로써 발생하는 참가자 본인, 참가자의 종업원, 대리인, 계약자, 방문자, 초대자, 관리자 등 참가자에 관계된 모든 사람들(이하 “이해관계자”)에 대한 사망, 손실, 사고, 손해 또는 부상에 관하여 어떤 상황에서도 책임을 지지 아니하고, (b) 대행사 또는 그 종업원, 대리인, 계약자, 방문자 또는 초대자의 중과실로 인한 행위 또는 부작위에 의한 것이 아닌 이상, 참가자 또는 이해관계자의 재산에 대하여 발생한 손실, 손해 또는 부상에 대하여 참가자 또는 이해관계자에게 어떠한 책임도 지지 아니한다.
3. 행사는 위험을 동반한 신체적 활동을 수반한다. 참가자는 반드시 본인이 가파른 경사가 있는 산악 지형을 달려야 하는 것을 인지하고 행사에 참가한다.

Article 3, Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
1. The participant acknowledges and agrees that participation in the 2026 SANTINI Chungju Granfondo is undertaken entirely at the participant’s own risk, and that all risks associated with participation are assumed by the participant.
2. By participating in the Event, the participant agrees to the following:
- The Event Organizer shall not be liable under any circumstances for any death, loss, accident, damage, or injury sustained by the participant or any individuals related to the participant, including but not limited to the participant’s employees, agents, contractors, visitors, invitees, or representatives (collectively referred to as the “Related Parties”), arising from participation in the Event.
-The Event Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to the property of the participant or the Related Parties, unless such loss, damage, or injury is caused by the Event Organizer’s or its employees’, agents’, or contractors’ willful misconduct or gross negligence.
3. The Event involves physically demanding activities that carry inherent risks. The participant acknowledges and understands that participation requires riding through mountainous terrain with steep gradients, and voluntarily chooses to participate with full awareness of these risks.

제 4조. 관련된 위험성
1. 참가자는 이 행사가 육체적으로 격렬한 성격을 가지고 있고 정신적, 육체적으로 위험성이 있다는 것을 인지한다.
2. 참가자는 충분히 이 행사를 참여할 만큼 (정신적, 육체적으로) 건강한지 스스로 판단하여 참가한다. 
3. 참가자는 행사 전 경쟁을 할 수 있는 능력에 영향을 줄 수 있는 의학적, 신체적 상황이나 징후가 발생하는 경우, 행사 참가를 즉시 중단할 것에 동의한다.
4. 본 행사는 공도를 이용하는 코스로 전면 통제가 아닌 경찰 협의를 통해 진행 방향만 부분적으로 통제되는 동호인 행사이다. 참가자는 이 점을 인지하고 특히 중앙선 침범 등 도로교통법을 준수하여 참여한다.
5. 주관사는 행사 운영 중 주최, 주관 측 과실에 의한 제 3자의 신체 및 재산에 손해가 발생한 경우 주관사의 배상 책임을 보상하는 주최자배상책임공제보험에 가입한다.
※ 행사 중 사고로 인한 보험금 신청 시 대인, 대물의 경우 참가자 본인의 자기부담금 10만원을 제하고 보험금이 지급된다. 치료비의 경우 자기부담금은 없다.
6. 그 외 일어나는 사고(참가자 기술부족, 참가자간의 충돌, 중앙선 침범사고, 도로교통법 위반 등) 발생 시 모든 책임(민, 형사상)은 참가자에게 있다. 
- 사고 발생 시, 주관사는 현장 응급조치 및 병원 후송에 대해 책임을 지고, 보험 혜택을 받을 수 없다. 
- 대행사는 모든 참가자가 아래와 같은 개별보험에 가입할 것을 권유한다.
- 개인상해보험: 사고를 대비하여 본 행사와 같은 행사에 적용되는 개인상해보험에 가입할 것을 권유한다. 개인상해보험 비용은 행사 등록비에 포함되지 않는다.
- 기물파손 보험: 주관사는 참가자의 개인 물품에 대한 절도, 분실 및 회수트럭에 옮겨지는 과정에서 발생하는 자전거 손상 등에 대해 책임지지 않는다. 따라서 참가자는 개인의 판단 하에 기물파손보험에 가입할 것을 권유한다.
- 그 외 행사 중 사고에 대비하여 적절한 보험가입을 권유한다. 

Article 4, Related Risks
1. The participant acknowledges and understands that the Event is physically demanding and involves both mental and physical risks.
2. The participant agrees to participate only after independently determining that they are in adequate mental and physical condition to safely take part in the Event.
3. The participant agrees that if any medical or physical condition or symptom arises prior to or during the Event that may affect their ability to safely compete, the participant shall immediately withdraw from participation.
4. The Event is an amateur cycling event conducted on public roads, which are not fully closed, and traffic is managed partially in coordination with the police. The participant acknowledges this condition and agrees to strictly comply with all traffic laws, including but not limited to prohibitions against crossing the center line.
5. The Event Organizer maintains Organizer’s Liability Insurance to cover compensation for bodily injury or property damage suffered by third parties caused by the negligence of the Organizer or Event Operator during Event operations.
※ In the event of an insurance claim arising from an accident during the Event:
- For bodily injury and property damage, insurance compensation shall be paid after deducting a deductible of KRW 100,000, which shall be borne by the participant. 
- For medical treatment expenses, no deductible shall apply.
6. For all other accidents, including but not limited to those arising from lack of riding skill, collisions between participants, crossing the center line, or violations of traffic laws, all civil and criminal liability shall rest solely with the participant.
- In the event of an accident, the Event Operator shall be responsible only for on-site emergency response and hospital transportation, and no insurance benefits shall apply to such incidents.
- The Event Organizer strongly recommends that all participants obtain the following individual insurance coverage:
▶ Personal Accident Insurance:
Participants are advised to purchase personal accident insurance applicable to cycling events such as this Event.
The cost of such insurance is not included in the registration fee.
▶  Property Damage Insurance:
The Event Organizer shall not be responsible for theft, loss, or damage to participants’ personal belongings, including bicycles damaged during transportation on recovery vehicles. Participants are advised to obtain property damage insurance at their own discretion.
- Participants are further advised to obtain any additional insurance coverage they deem appropriate to cover potential accidents during the Event.

제 5조. 행사등록
1. 행사등록은 대행사가 미리 안내한 등록 사이트를 통하여 온라인으로만 접수신청이 가능하며, 2026년 2월 23일 월요일 10:00부터 선착순으로 진행되어 조기 마감될 수 있다.
2. 대행사는 참가인원 조정 및 제한에 관여할 수 있다.
3. 참가비 안내 또한 접수사이트를 통해 안내된다. 참가비는 2026년 3월 9일 월요일 17시 이후에는 어떠한 조건에도 환불이 불가능하다.
4. 등록 시에는 본인이 직접 등록하여야 하며, 어떠한 경우에도 본인이 아닌 제3자에게 참가권을 양도하지 않는다. 혹, 대리 참가자가 행사도중 부상 혹은 사고를 당할 경우 양도자가 그로 인해 대리참가자 에게 발생한 손해에 대하여 배상하여야 하고, 대행사는 면책된다. 만일 참가자가 행사참가 등록한 본인이 아님이 밝혀진 경우 대행사는 본인과 대리참가자 모두의 행사 참가자격을 박탈할 수 있다.
5. 참가자는 이 행사에 참가비를 지불함으로써 참가자가 본 약관 및 대행사, 행사 지원 인력, 교통당국과 경찰의 지시에 따르고 이를 준수할 것을 이해하고 이에 동의한다. 참가자는 참가비 전액이 대행사에 최종 지급된 후 참가할 수 있는 자격이 부여된다. 대행사가 완료된 결제 결과를 받기 전까지는 참가비가 지급되지 않은 것으로 간주한다.

Article 5, Event Registration
1. Event registration is available online only through the official registration website announced in advance by the Event Organizer. Registration will open on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration may close early once capacity is reached.
2. The Event Organizer reserves the right to adjust or limit the number of participants at its discretion.
3. Details regarding the participation fee will be provided on the registration website. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances after 17:00 on March 9, 2026, regardless of reason.
4. Participants must register personally and may not transfer or assign their participation rights to any third party under any circumstances. If a substitute participant participates in the event and suffers injury or an accident, the original registrant shall bear full responsibility for any resulting damages, and the Event Organizer shall be exempt from all liability. If it is discovered that the registered participant is not the actual participant, the Event Organizer reserves the right to disqualify both the registrant and the substitute participant from the event.
5. By paying the participation fee, the participant acknowledges and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as the instructions and decisions of the Event Organizer, event staff, support personnel, traffic authorities, and police. Participation eligibility is granted only after the full participation fee has been successfully received by the Event Organizer. Until payment confirmation is completed, the participation fee shall be considered unpaid, and participation rights shall not be granted.

제 6조. 참가자 자격조건
1. 행사는 연령이 만 19세 이상인 사람에 한해 참가할 수 있다. (2007년 10월 3일 이전 출생자/고등학생 참가 불가)
2. 행사는 아래 요건을 가진 자는 참가 가능하지만 시상에서 제외한다.
- 등록 엘리트 선수 및 프로선수(경륜)가 은퇴 후 만 2년이 경과하지 아니한 자 
- 3종 경기 엘리트 등록선수(단, 철인 3종경기 동호인 등록 선수는 가능) 
- 규정을 위반하여 출전 자격이 정지된 자
3. 격한 신체 사용이 필요한 대회의 특성상 참가자는 본인이 경기에 참가할 수 있는 양호한 건강상태임을 확인하며, 대회 도중 참가자 개인의 건강상의 문제로 인한 사태에 대해서는 주최 측에게 책임을 묻지 않는다.

Article 6, Qualification for Participants
1. Participation in the event is open to individuals aged 19 and above (born before Oct 3, 2007).
2. The following individuals meet the criteria for participation but are ineligible for awards:
- Retired elite athletes and professional athletes (cycling) who have not completed a minimum of 2 years since retirement.
- Elite registered athletes in triathlons (except for participants in the Amateur Ironman triathlon).
- Individuals disqualified from participating due to a violation of regulations.
3. Due to the demanding physical nature of the competition, participants must confirm their good health status to partake. The organizers will not be held responsible for any personal health issues arising during the event.

제 7조. 필수 물품과 금지 물품
1. 참가자는 행사 당일 공식 기념 저지를 착용하고 행사에 참여해야 한다. 공식 기념 저지를 착용하지 않을 경우, 행사 운영 및 안전 관리를 위해 현장 안내 및 제지가 있을 수 있다
2. 안전하고 원활한 행사 진행을 위하여 참가자는 해당 물품들을 행사 당일에 필수 지참해야 한다. 
- 사이클용 헬멧 및 개인장갑은 필수이며, 신분증 및 개인물통은 지참할 것을 권고한다. 
- 행사에 사용되는 모든 장비는 대한자전거연맹 규정에 따라야 한다. 
- 행사 참가 도중에는 헤드폰 및 비슷한 장치의 사용이 불가하다.
- 행사 시작 전에 철저한 자가정비 후 주최측과 진행요원에 의한 안내, 지시를 따라야하고, 행사 도중 주변 상황에 주의하며 참가에 임한다.
3. 익스텐션 튜닝이 된 자전거/사이클(핸들 바, 철인 3종용 바 등), 전기자전거나 전자 페달이 장착된 자전거, 리컴번트 자전거나 프론트자전거(운전자가 엎드린 자세로 타는 자전거)는 경기참가가 불가하며, 에어로 헬멧 또한 착용이 불가하다.

Article 7. Mandatory and Prohibited Equipment
1. Participants are required to wear the official event Official jersey during the Event. If the official jersey is not worn, participants may be requested to comply with on-site guidance for smooth event operations and safety.
2. For the safe and orderly operation of the Event, participants are required to bring and use the following items on the day of the Event:
- A cycling helmet and cycling gloves are mandatory. Participants are strongly advised to carry a valid photo ID and a personal water bottle.
- All equipment used during the Event must comply with the regulations of the Korea Cycling Federation.
- The use of headphones or similar audio devices during the Event is strictly prohibited.
- Participants must conduct thorough self-inspection and maintenance of their bicycles prior to the Event and must comply with all instructions and guidance provided by the Event Organizer and event staff. Participants must remain attentive to surrounding conditions at all times while riding.
3. The following bicycles and equipment are not permitted to participate in the Event:
- Bicycles equipped with extension handlebars, including but not limited to aerobars or triathlon handlebars
- Electric bicycles (e-bikes) or bicycles equipped with electronic pedals
- Recumbent bicycles or front-recumbent bicycles (bicycles ridden in a prone or reclining position)
- Aero helmets of any kind
※ Participants using any prohibited equipment may be denied participation or disqualified from the Event.

제 8조. 양도 및 취소
모든 참가 등록은 타인에게 양도가 불가하며, 2026년 3월 9일 (월) 17:00 이후에는 행사 취소 및 환불신청이 불가하다. 참가비 환급은 2026년 3월중 일괄 지급된다.

Article 8, Participation Transfer and Cancellation
All participant registrations are non-transferable, and no cancellations or refund requests will be accepted after 17:00 on March 13, 2026.

제 9조. 시상 및 완주메달
1. K.O.M 시상이 있다.
2. 시상규정은 아래와 같다.
- KOM은 약 78km 지점 시작으로 약 7.1km 구간으로 지정된 시작지점 (KOM START)과 지릅재정상지점(KOM SUMMIT)을 통과하는 넷타임 계측 방식으로 순위를 가린다.
*주최 측 사정에 따라 KOM 구간이 변경될 수 있다.
- 시상은 전체 남/녀 부1위 총 2명 시상한다.
- 각 부문 1위에게는 주최측에서 지정한 상품이 지급된다.
- KOM 부문 1위를 하였더라도 완주를 하지 못 할 경우 시상에서 제외된다.
- 반드시 차대번호를 안내된 위치에 설치하여야 한다. 다른 곳에 고정시켜 기록이 측정되지 않을 경우 시상에서 제외된다.
- 부문별 1위 기록이 같을 경우 연장자의 순위가 우선된다.
- 지릅재 내리막은 평속 40km로 제한된다. 주최측은 지릅재 내리막 시작지점과 끝지점에 계측을 실시하여, 평속 40km 이상 참가자는 시상 및 경품추첨 행사에 제외한다.
3. 행사를 참가한 모든 참가자에게 완주메달이 제공된다. 대행사는 완주 기념품에 제공되는 스타일, 크기 및 종류를 변경할 수 있는 권리를 갖는다. 

Article 9, KOM Awards & Finisher Medal
1.    The Event includes a King of the Mountain (KOM) award.
2.    The KOM awards shall be governed by the following rules:
The KOM section is designated as a net time–measured segment, starting at approximately the 78 km point of the course and covering a distance of approximately 7.1 km, between the designated KOM START point and the Jireupjae Summit (KOM SUMMIT).
The KOM section is subject to change at the discretion of the Event Organizer.
Awards will be presented to one (1) male and one (1) female winner, for a total of two (2) recipients.
Each category winner shall receive a prize designated by the Event Organizer.
Even if a participant records the fastest KOM time, failure to complete the full course will result in disqualification from the award.
Participants must install the timing chip/transponder at the designated location as instructed. If the timing device is installed incorrectly and a valid time cannot be recorded; the participant shall be disqualified from the award.
In the event of a tie in first-place records within a category, the older participant shall be ranked higher.
The Jireupjae downhill section is subject to a maximum average speed limit of 40 km/h.
The Event Organizer will conduct speed measurements at the start and end points of the downhill section. Participants exceeding an average speed of 40 km/h in this section shall be excluded from both the KOM awards and prize drawings.
3.    All participants who complete the Event shall receive a finisher medal. The Event Organizer reserves the right to change the design, size, style, or type of finisher medals and commemorative items provided.

제 10조. 시간측정/결과
1. 참가자는 대행사가 참가자의 경주 기록을 제공하기 위해 최선의 노력을 할 것이며, 그럼에도 불구하고 모든 컴퓨터 결과 이상 또는 기술적인 오작동에 대해서는 대행사가 책임을 지지 않을 것이라는 점을 인지하고 이해한다.
2. 참가자 전원에게는 기록용 칩이 지급되며 측정은 전자 탐지 시스템에 의해 이루어진다.
- 기록측정 방식은 출발점을 비롯해서 중간계측지점, 그리고 결승점에 설치된 안테나를 통과하는 순간 기록된다.
3. 완주 결과는 피니쉬 통과 후 계측사가 제공하는 MMS 및 계측 사이트에서 확인이 가능하며, 기록용 칩을 접거나 이동 부착하는 혹은 훼손하여 기록이 측정되지 않는 경우 책임은 참가자 본인에게 있다.
4. 행사에서 사용되는 전자 탐지 시스템은 엄격한 신뢰성 요구조건을 거쳐 선택되었다. 
- 기록용 칩의 생산과정에서 거치는 품질검사를 진행했음에도 작동이 안 되는 소량의 불량물품이 있을 수도 있다. 
- 기록용 칩의 불량으로 인하여 참가자의 경기기록이 측정되지 아니한 경우 주관사에게 어떠한 책임을 물을 수 없다.
5. 완주 제한 시간은 참가자들이 출발선을 지나 출발한 후 여러 가지 변수와 코스 상황을 고려해 아래 제 12조에 게시된다.

Article 10, Timing, Results, and Time Limits
1. The participant acknowledges and understands that the Event Organizer will make best efforts to provide accurate race timing results. However, the Event Organizer shall not be held liable for any errors, irregularities, or failures in results caused by computer malfunctions, system errors, or technical issues of any kind.
2. All participants shall be provided with a timing chip, and timing shall be recorded using an electronic detection system.
•    Timing is recorded when the participant passes the antennas installed at the start line, intermediate timing checkpoints, and the finish line.
3. Finishing results may be confirmed via MMS notifications provided by the timing operator and through the official timing website after passing the finish line. If timing results are not recorded due to the participant folding, relocating, improperly attaching, or damaging the timing chip, full responsibility shall rest with the participant.
4. The electronic detection system used for the Event has been selected following strict reliability standards.
•    Despite quality control inspections conducted during the production process, a small number of defective timing chips may occur.
•    If a participant’s race record is not measured due to a defective timing chip, the Event Organizer shall bear no liability for such failure.
4.    The official time limit for completing the Event shall be announced in Article 12, taking into consideration various factors, including course conditions and operational circumstances, from the moment participants pass the start line.

제 11조. 안전주의 사항
1. 행사는 대행사가 사전에 관할 행정기관 및 경찰서와 협의하여 정한 일부 통제된 도로(진행방향)에서 이루어질 예정이며 행사의 안전을 위한 주관사의 규제 및 관리 아래에 진행된다.
2. 행사 도중 대행사의 승인을 받지 않은 개인 차량에 의한 중계 및 촬영은 금지된다.
3. 행사 참가자의 안전을 위하여 코스 중간 위험지역에 안내표시 등이 설치된다. 참가자들은 사전에 코스 숙지와 위험지역, 주의지역은 홈페이지에 안내된 코스도, 고도표, GPX 파일로 필히 숙지해야 한다.
4. 행사 참가자는 코스 상에 배치된 진행요원과 봉사요원이 지시하는 안내사항에 항시 따라야 한다.
- 해당 행사에 관여된 모든 사람들(참가자, 봉사자, 진행요원 등)은 어떠한 상황에도 경찰의 지시에 따라야 하며, 경찰에 의해 행사 지연, 중단, 취소 지시가 내려질 시에는 행사 관련인원 모두가 경찰의 지시에 따라야 할 의무가 있다.
5. 도로교통안전공단에 의해 안내되는 모든 지시 역시 따라야 할 의무가 있으며, 특히 중앙선 침범으로 인한 사고는 물론 도로교통법을 무시한 사고는 보험은 물론 대행사는 일체 책임을 지지 않는다.
6. 참가자는 행사의 마지막 도착지점까지 대행사 및 경찰 등 관련 행정기관의 지시와 안전주의 사항을 준수하여 안전하게 행사를 완주하도록 주의를 기울여야 한다.
7. 안전상의 이유로 KOM 내리막은 평속 40km로 제한된다. 주최측은 내리막 시작지점과 끝지점에 계측을 실시하여, 평속 40km 이상 참가자는 시상 및 경품추첨 행사에 제외한다. 

Article 11, Course Control, Safety Management, and Compliance
1. The Event shall be conducted on partially controlled public roads (directional control only), as determined in advance through consultation with the relevant administrative authorities and police.
The Event shall be operated under the regulations and safety management of the Event Organizer for the purpose of ensuring participant safety.
2. During the Event, relay support, escorting, or filming by private vehicles that have not received prior approval from the Event Organizer is strictly prohibited.
3. For participant safety, warning signs and guidance markers shall be installed at hazardous sections along the course. Participants must familiarize themselves in advance with the course, including hazardous and cautionary areas, by reviewing the course map, elevation profile, and GPX files provided on the official website.
4. Participants must follow all instructions given by course marshals, event staff, and volunteers at all times.
•    All individuals involved in the Event (including participants, volunteers, and event staff) must comply with police instructions under all circumstances.
If the police order a delay, suspension, or cancellation of the Event, all involved persons are obligated to comply with such instructions.
5. Participants are required to comply with all instructions issued by the Korea Road Traffic Authority and applicable traffic regulations. Accidents resulting from crossing the center line or other violations of traffic laws shall not be covered by insurance, and the Event Organizer shall bear no responsibility for such incidents.
6. Participants must exercise due care to safely complete the Event by strictly adhering to all safety guidelines and instructions issued by the Event Organizer, police, and relevant administrative authorities until reaching the final destination.
7. For safety reasons, the KOM downhill section is subject to a maximum average speed limit of 40 km/h. The Event Organizer will conduct speed measurements at the start and end points of the downhill section. Participants exceeding an average speed of 40 km/h shall be excluded from both awards and prize drawings.

제 12조. 기권/실격 처리 및 제한시간 
참가자는 대행사의 독자적 판단으로 안전, 다른 참가자들의 권리 침해 또는 기타 이유로 필요하다고 판단하는 경우 참가자를 시기 불문하고 퇴장시킬 수 있으며 참가비 또한 환불되지 않음을 인지하고 이해한다. 
1. 참가자는 행사 시작 이전에 본인의 그룹에 맞춰 주최 측에서 지정한 출발지점에서 대기해야 한다. 행사 시작 이전에 도로통제가 실시될 예정이며, 대기시간 및 이외 일정은 사전에 통지된다. 
- 참가자는 대행사에서 요청하는 대기 및 출발 시간을 따라야 하며, 참가자 개인 사정으로 경기에 불참하는 경우 참가비는 환불되지 않는다. 
- 공지된 출발시간 10분 이후에는 어떠한 참가자도 행사에 참여할 수 없으며 실격 처리한다.
2. 대행사는 원활한 행사진행을 위해 각 지점마다 제한시간을 제시할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 제한시간 안에 각 지점을 통과하지 못한 참가자에 대하여는 도중에 경기 중단 지시가 내려질 수 있다. 
- 대행사의 중단 지시에 응하지 않은 참가자 입은 피해나 부상 및 모든 사고에 대해서 대행사는 일체의 책임을 지지 않는다.
3. 부상, 건강상의 이유로 행사 도중 참가 중단 의사가 있는 참가자는 개인의 판단으로 즉시 중단하여야 한다. 만약 참가자 스스로의 판단에 따라 참가자 위치에서 제한시간이 제시되어 있는 가장 가까운 지점에서 행사를 중단할 수도 있다.
4. 중단 의사가 있는 참가자의 참가번호는 각 지점에 배치된 진행 요원에 기권/실격처리 된다. 기권/실격 처리된 참가자는 진행 요원의 지시에 따라 각 지점에 배치된 차량에 탑승해야 한다.
5. 참가자는 컷오프 시간 이후 해당 장소에서 다시 출발할 수 없으며, 경기에서 탈락한 것으로 간주하여 기록 또한 제공되지 않는다. 각 컷오프 장소마다 회수버스 및 회수트럭이 대기하며 탈락된 참가자를 행사장으로 이송한다.
6. CUT-OFF
1차 CUT-OFF - 약 47km 지점 탄지삼거리 / 11시 00분 그란폰도 진입불가
2차 CUT-OFF – 약 92km 지점 수안보야구장 / 13시 00분 버스탑승
도착아치 제한시간(net-time) - 6시간 00분
- 1차 컷오프 지점인 탄지삼거리를 11시 00분 이후 통과하는 모든 참가자는 MEDIOFONDO 코스로 진행한다. 
– 중간 컷오프 계측은 최후미가 출발 아치를 통과하는 08:10을 기준으로 하는 건타임을 적용한다.
– 골인지 CUT-OFF 시간은 넷타임를 적용한다
– 중간 CUT-OFF 시간은 건타임을 적용한다.
    * 건타임(GUN-TIME) : 출발 총소리 기준으로 결승점에 도착하는 시간, 결승점에 도착하는 순서로 순위 결정
    * 넷타임(NET-TIME) : 출발아치 통과시간을 기준으로 결승점에 도착하는 시간, 참가자 칩에 기록된 시간
– 그란폰도 최후미에는 기술적 또는 신체적 결함으로 인해 컷오프 시간을 넘긴 참가자를 한대 이상의 버스로 이송한다.
- 버스에 탑승한 참가자는 자동적으로 경기에서 탈락하게 된다.
- 의사 및 구급요원을 포함한 경기 의료진은 의학적 사유로 인해 참가자를 탈락시킬 수 있다.
7. 본 행사가 주최되는 장소와 주변 자연환경 보존을 위해, 쓰레기를 도로 위에 무단 투기하는 것을 금한다. 쓰레기통은 휴식지점, 보급소, 이외에 코스 상에 배치될 예정이며 참가자는 경기 도중 생기는 쓰레기는 주관사에 의해 비치된 쓰레기통에만 버리고 이외 장소에는 버리지 않는다. 주관사는 이를 따르지 아니하는 참가자의 행사 참가자격을 박탈할 수 있다.

Article 12. Disqualification, Start Procedures, Withdrawal, and Cut-Off Rules
The participant acknowledges and understands that the Event Organizer may, at its sole discretion and at any time, remove a participant from the Event for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, infringement of other participants’ rights, or other operational necessities. In such cases, the participation fee shall not be refunded.
1.    Participants must wait at the designated start area according to their assigned start group prior to the Event start. Road traffic control will be implemented before the Event, and waiting times and schedules will be announced in advance.
Participants must comply with the waiting and start times designated by the Event Organizer. If a participant fails to start due to personal reasons, the participation fee shall not be refunded.
No participant will be permitted to start after ten (10) minutes past the announced start time. Any such participant shall be disqualified.
2.    For smooth event operations, the Event Organizer may establish time limits at various checkpoints. Participants who fail to pass a checkpoint within the designated time limit may be instructed to stop the race.
The Event Organizer shall bear no responsibility for any damage, injury, or accident incurred by participants who fail to comply with a stop instruction.
3.    A participant who wishes to withdraw due to injury or health-related reasons must do so immediately at their own discretion. Depending on circumstances, the participant may be required to withdraw at the nearest checkpoint where a time limit is enforced.
4.    Participants who withdraw or are disqualified shall have their bib number processed as withdrawn/disqualified by event staff stationed at checkpoints. Such participants must board the designated vehicle at the checkpoint in accordance with staff instructions.
5.    Participants may not restart after passing a cut-off time and shall be deemed eliminated from the race. No race records shall be provided to eliminated participants. Sweep buses and vehicles will be stationed at each cut-off location to transport eliminated participants to the event venue.
6.    Cut-Off Times
1st Cut-Off: 47KM / 11:00 
2nd Cut-Off: 92KM / 13:00
Finish Arch Time Limit (Net Time): 6 hours 00 minutes
Participants passing the 1st cut-off point (47km) after 11:00 shall be diverted to the Mediofondo course.
Intermediate cut-off times shall be calculated using Gun Time, based on 08:10, the time when the last participant passes the start arch.
The finish cut-off time shall be calculated using Net Time.
 ＊Gun Time: Time measured from the official start signal to arrival at the finish line; rankings are determined by order of finish.
 ＊Net Time: Time measured from the moment the participant passes the start arch to arrival at the finish line, as recorded by the participant’s timing chip.
    One or more sweep buses will follow the final group to transport participants who exceed cut-off times due to technical or physical issues.
Participants who board a bus shall be automatically eliminated from the event.
The Event medical team, including physicians and paramedics, may disqualify participants for medical reasons.
7.    To protect the Event venue and surrounding natural environment, littering on public roads is strictly prohibited. Trash bins will be placed at rest areas, aid stations, and designated locations along the course. Participants must dispose of all waste only in designated trash bins. The Event Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who fail to comply with this rule.

제 13조. 양도 또는 교환 
1. 참가자는 행사의 참가권은 개인에게 국한됨에 동의한다. 
2. 참가자는 행사 참가권을 타인에 양도 및 교환할 수 없고, 타인으로 하여금 자신의 번호판과 기록용 칩을 착용하고 대신 행사에 참가하게 할 수 없다. 
3. 개인 양도 및 교환 행위가 적발될 시 대행사는 해당참가자를 본 행사에서 퇴장시키고, 대행사가 관여하는 타 행사에서도 참가 접수를 거부할 권리가 있다.

Article 13, Transfer or Exchange
1. The participant acknowledges and agrees that participation rights are personal and limited exclusively to the registered individual.
2. Participants may not transfer, assign, or exchange their participation rights to any third party.
Participants shall not permit any other person to participate in the Event using their bib number or timing chip.
3. If any transfer or exchange of participation rights is discovered, the Event Organizer reserves the right to remove the participant from the Event immediately and may further refuse the participant’s registration for other events organized or operated by the Event Organizer in the future.

제 14조. 책임 
1. 참가자는 개인적인 사고와 개인적인 물품에 대하여 적절한 보험에 가입할 책임은 참가자 자신에게 있음을 인지하고 있다. 
2. 대행사는 참가자가 행사에 참여함으로 인하여 발생하는 참가자 소유 물품에 대하여 발생하는 손실 또는 손해, 모든 간접적 손해, 사업 손실, 이익의 상실, 명예훼손, 예치금 손실, 비용 지출, 참가자를 대신한 또는 참가자에 의한 자선 단체에 대한 확약에 대해서 어떠한 책임도 지지 않는다. 
3. 대행사는 관중 또는 제3자의 행위에 대하여 어떠한 책임도 지지 않는다. 
4. 참가자는 참가자가 대행사, 파트너사, 참여자 또는 기타 제3자로부터 자전거에 대한 기술 지원을 받을 경우 이는 참가자의 독자적인 판단에 의한 것임을 인정하고, 참가자는 이로 인해 발생할 수 있는 자전거 고장 및 부상에 대해 대행사나 제3자에게 어떠한 책임도 묻지 않는다. 
5. 참가자는 참가자의 자전거가 규정에 따라 회송 트럭 등 차량에 의해 옮겨지는 경우 회송 트럭에 장착하거나 이송됨으로 인한 위험은 참가자가 부담하고, 이 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 어떠한 손상에 대해서도 대행사가 책임지지 않음에 동의한다. 
6. 법령에서 정하는 바에 따라 대행사의 법적 책임이 면책 또는 제한될 수 없는 경우에는 대행사의 책임에 관한 본 약관의 어떠한 조항도 대행사의 법적 책임에 영향을 주지 아니한다.

Article 14, Liability 
1. The participant acknowledges and agrees that it is the participant’s sole responsibility to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for personal accidents and personal property.
2. The Event Organizer shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to the participant’s property arising from participation in the Event, nor for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to business losses, loss of profits, reputational damage, loss of deposits, incurred expenses, or any pledges or commitments made by or on behalf of the participant to charitable organizations.
3. The Event Organizer shall not be responsible for any acts or omissions of spectators or third parties.
4. If the participant receives technical support for their bicycle from the Event Organizer, partner companies, other participants, or any third party, the participant acknowledges that such assistance is provided at the participant’s own discretion and risk. The participant agrees that the Event Organizer and any third party shall not be held liable for any bicycle malfunction, damage, or injury arising from such assistance.
5. Where a participant’s bicycle is transported by sweep vehicles or trucks in accordance with Event operations, the participant acknowledges that all risks associated with loading, securing, transporting, and unloading the bicycle shall be borne by the participant. The Event Organizer shall not be liable for any damage arising during such transportation.
6. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit the Event Organizer’s liability to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable laws and regulations.

제 15조. 알레르기 
참가자는 대행사에서 배포하는 음식에 견과류 관련 성분이 포함되어 있을 수 있음을 인지하고 이해한다. 대행사는 행사 참가도중 발생하는 음식 알레르기 및 그로인한 피해에 대해 어떠한 책임도 지지 않는다.

Article 15, Allergies
The participant acknowledges and understands that food and beverages distributed by the Event Organizer may contain nuts or nut-derived ingredients. The Event Organizer shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, illnesses, or damages arising from food consumption during participation in the Event.

제 16조. 시간 변경 
대행사는 이벤트의 시작 시간을 변경할 권리가 있다. 행사 시작 시간 변경 같은 경우에는 참가자들이 납득할 만한 합리적인 이유로 변경된 시작 시간을 통지한다. 행사 날짜와 장소가 정지해진 이후 시작 시간이 변경되는 부분은 전체 혹은 부분 환불도 불가하다.

Article 16, Change of Start Time
The Event Organizer reserves the right to change the start time of the Event. In the event of a change, the Event Organizer shall notify participants of the revised start time for reasonable and justifiable reasons. Once the event date and venue have been finalized, any change to the start time shall not entitle participants to any full or partial refund, regardless of reason.

제 17조. 거리 및 코스변경 
대행사는 코스의 길이를 변경하거나, 코스를 바꾸는 등 레이스 운영과 참가자의 안전에 필요하다고 판단될 경우, 참가자의 동의 없이도 코스의 경로를 변경할 수 있다.

Article 17, Distance and Course Changes
The Event Organizer reserves the right to modify the course distance or alter the course route, without prior consent of the participant, if deemed necessary for race operations, safety considerations, or other operational reasons.

제 18조. 행사방식 변경 및 취소 
대행사는 행사 방식을 개정할 권리가 있다. 예를 들어 거리를 줄이거나 기후 변화로 인해 합리적으로 통제할 수 없는 상황으로 인한 취소나 혹은 안전과 관계된 이유로 행사를 취소, 행사 방식을 개정할 권리가 있다. 

Article 18, Modification or Cancellation of the Event
The Event Organizer reserves the right to modify the format of the Event, including but not limited to reducing the course distance, or to cancel the Event, due to circumstances that are reasonably beyond the Organizer’s control, such as weather conditions, or for safety-related or operational reasons.

제 19조. 최종결정 
모든 결정과 통보는 대행사로부터 이루어진다. 따라서 참가자는 주어진 모든 행사 규칙 및 모든 지침 및 가이드 라인을 준수 할 것에 동의하며, 행사 주최자, 경찰, 안내원, 진행요원, 안전요원에 의해 주어진 모든 이벤트 규칙 및 모든 지침 그리고 가이드 라인을 준수할 것에 동의한다. 참가자는 대행사가 구성하고 실행하는 권한을 가지고 있는 것을 인정하며, 행사의 규칙을 실행하고 안전에 관련된 모든 의사 결정 그리고 시작과 끝나는 시간에 대한 최종 중재자가 되는 것에 동의한다.

Article 19, Final Authority
All decisions and official communications shall be made by the Event Organizer. Accordingly, participants agree to comply with all Event rules, instructions, and guidelines issued by the Event Organizer, as well as those issued by the Event Host, police, marshals, event staff, safety personnel, and officials. The participant acknowledges and agrees that the Event Organizer has the authority to organize, manage, and implement the Event, and shall serve as the final authority regarding the enforcement of Event rules, all safety-related decisions, and the official start and finish times of the Event.

제 20조 초상권 등
1. 참가자는 행사 도중 참가자의 얼굴, 목소리 등이 담긴 행사 영상이나 사진 등(이하 “사진 등”)이 촬영될 수 있음에 동의한다. 또한 주관사 및 그 수임인 또는 승계인으로 하여금 매체와 방법을 불문하고 주관사와 행사 브랜드의 홍보를 위해 사진 등을 행사일로부터 향후 5년간 사용할 수 있도록 함에 동의한다.
2. 참가자가 주관사에 대하여 사진 등의 사용에 대한 동의를 철회하고자 하는 의사를 밝힌 경우, 주관사는 지체없이 참가자의 사진 등을 삭제하여 그 결과를 참가자에게 통지하여야 한다.
3. 참가자는 본인의 얼굴, 목소리를 주관사가 촬영하여 사진 등을 사용하는 것이 제3자와의 계약관계에서 계약위반행위를 구성하지 아니함을 보장한다. 만일 그러한 사실이 있는 경우 주관사에 사전에 통지하여야 한다.
4. 모든 참가자는 행사 당일 주관사 또는 방송사가 무인 비행물체(드론)를 사용하여 행사를 촬영할 수 있음을 이해하고 이에 동의한다.

Article 20, Portrait Rights and Use of Images
1. The participant acknowledges and agrees that the participant’s image, likeness, face, voice, and appearance may be recorded in photographs, videos, or other media during the Event (collectively, the “Images”). The participant further agrees that the Event Organizer, and its designees or successors, may use such Images for promotional and marketing purposes of the Event Organizer and the Event brand, by any media or method, for a period of five (5) years from the Event date.
2. If a participant expresses an intention to withdraw consent for the use of the Images, the Event Organizer shall promptly delete the participant’s Images and notify the participant of the completion of such deletion.
3. The participant represents and warrants that the recording and use of the participant’s face, voice, and likeness by the Event Organizer do not constitute a breach of any contractual obligations with third parties. If any such contractual restrictions exist, the participant shall notify the Event Organizer in advance.
4. All participants acknowledge and agree that the Event Organizer or broadcasting partners may use unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) to record the Event on the Event Day.

제 21조. 분쟁
모든 소원사항은 서면형태로 한국어 또는 영어로 참가자의 성함 및 배번호를 기재하여 주관사에게 경기 개최 후 30일 이내에 송부해야 한다. 본 약관의 해석은 대한민국 법을 따르고, 경기 및 본 약관과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생하는 경우 서울중앙지방법원을 제1심 관할법원으로 한다. 경기 개최 후 30일 이후에는 어떠한 소원사항도 접수되지 않으며 전화 또는 서면으로도 답변이 제공되지 않는다.

Article 21, Disputes
All claims, complaints, or objections related to the Event must be submitted in writing, in Korean or English, to the Event Organizer within thirty (30) days after the Event, and must include the participant’s full name and bib number. The interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Event or these Terms and Conditions, the Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance. No claims shall be accepted after thirty (30) days following the Event, and no responses shall be provided to any claims or inquiries submitted thereafter, whether by telephone or in writing.

제 22조. 뉴스레터 및 SMS
행사 등록 시 뉴스레터 및 SMS 수신에 동의하여 참가자는 행사정보 전달에 필요한 뉴스레터 혹은 SMS를 받게 된다.

By registering for the Event, the participant consents to receive newsletters and SMS messages necessary for the delivery of Event-related information and updates.

제 23조. 참가자 의무사항 
참가자가 행사에 등록함으로써 위 유의사항을 숙지하고 약관에 대해 동의한 것으로 간주한다.
